The City assessor is responsible for maintaining property assessment records, including: legal descriptions, parcel ID numbers, ownership and sales data, assessed and taxable valuations, as well as parcel and building size information. The assessor's office also maintains files regarding transfer/sales information,. Principal Residence Exemption requests, personal property valuations, and split and/or land division requests.
