Clerk/Treasurer Office
The Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for the maintenance of official City records, registration of voters, conduct of elections and custody of monies, funds and securities of the City. Also functions as financial director, performing and/or directing all financial accounting tasks and systems.
Mission
The City Clerk’s Office is committed to maintaining the integrity of city government in the City of Milan and ensuring an informed citizenry by providing access to City government through open and accessible meetings and accurate recording of the City Council proceedings; by protecting and preserving City documents and records; through the conduct of fair and democratic elections; and by providing excellent service to the public.
The City Treasurer’s Office is committed to providing timely, accurate and professional service and financial reporting to our staff, residents and governing authorities using Leading edge technology.
